Insight:
Women in professional settings are often limited by gendered labels
such as "SHE-O," "girlboss," and "boss babe." It is imperative that we
move away from such language, as it is feeding into a misogynistic view
we are trying to overturn as a society.

Solution:
Having to define yourself as a woman, who is also a boss, is not as
empowering as one thinks it to be. Having to make the concept of a woman
in power or in a professional setting more digestible is not as empowering as
one thinks it to be. With grammarly, whose goal is to improve lives by improving
communication, we rewrite this damaging narrative and help women
